Job Summary:
The Ad Trafficker will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of ad campaign delivery and optimization. This includes setting up, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The Ad Trafficker will collaborate closely with internal teams, including media planners, creative teams, and account managers, to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and launch digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation of ad creative, targeting specifications, and tracking tags.
2. Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and achieve campaign objectives, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment.
3. Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, creative assets, and tracking tags.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of ad creative assets and campaign specifications.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ad trafficking and digital advertising.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of campaign details, including targeting settings, creative variations, and performance metrics.
8. Utilize ad serving platforms and tools to track and report on campaign performance and generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to ad trafficking, privacy, and data protection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ad trafficking or digital advertising operations.
3. Proficient in ad serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, tracking methodologies, and attribution models.
5. Familiarity with various ad formats and technologies, including display, video, mobile, and programmatic advertising.
6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
7. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
11. Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and ad tags is a plus.
